If your child does not have school lunches and opts instead to have a packed lunch, it can sometimes be stressful to ensure their packed lunch is balanced and nutritional. This guide offers ideas and also useful tips, for example:
- Squeeze some lemon on fruit to keep it fresh
- Remember, 'low fat' often means 'high sugar
