Continuous Improvement 

Through consulting with staff, pupils, and their families, we continuously look for ways to ensure we are enabling the best possible outcomes for our pupils.  We regularly carry out online surveys to capture feedback from staff, pupils, and their families, and especially draw on this information when making key strategic decisions.  Outside of these formal consultations, you will find us represented at school events, school drop off and pick up, and you are also welcome to contact us anytime via the following email address: clerk@rosary.gloucs.sch.uk.  

The governors work with the school leadership to produce, monitor and amend the school development plan. The current version is available on request. The development plan does not list all the tasks which the school is completing: it outlines new objectives and new aims. These are changes and additional improvements the school is planning for its pupils; the school is always working to maintain and improve standards across the board.
