Travel to School
We'd love every member of our school community to get involved in encouraging healthy, environmentally friendly and community friendly travel to the Rosary School. With nearly 200 children at the school, there isn't space for everyone to bring a car!
Our school travel rules
If you can travel to school on foot that is great. If you travel to school by car, then please park and stride. There are some families for whom neither of these options is easy, and for these families we have a small number of spaces available to use in the car park of the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
Please go to our Useful forms and Information page to find out what the criteria are for applying for a parking permit, and for the parking permit form.
Walk to school whenever possible.
Park and stride - park a few minutes away from school and walk, scoot or cycle the last part. We have permission for our families to park at Tesco. It is a short walk to school from here on safe pavements.
Apply for a parking permit.
Please DO NOT:
Park at Beeches Green, on the pavement, grass verges, on the school lane, or blocking our neighbours - we need to allow clear and safe access for our pupils, parents with pushchairs, and all our neighbours.
Park in the church car park (unless you have a parking permit).
