We use the cashless payment system called ParentPay, so you can securely pay for school items online at a time convenient to you. We will send you account activation details. Once you have your account details you can log in online at parentpay.com. Look for the ‘Login’ button at the top right.
Please note, there is no ParentPay App (for android or Apple devices), however if you login to ParentPay on your smartphone, you will be asked if you wish to "bookmark" the site on your phone's homepage. If you say "yes" this will add a quick link to ParentPay onto your phone's home screen (which looks like it is an app, but is in fact a link to the ParentPay login page).
ParentPay will allow you to pay for the following:
School Dinners – We will take payment each day your child chooses a cooked lunch.
Trips – We will send out a notification to pay for a school trip and also ask you to give parental consent (and if applicable provide medical information).
Clubs – Book and pay for school clubs your child is taking part in.
PTFA events - pay for tickets to events.
Payment Options – Debit and credit cards, American Express and PayPoint available at a number of locations in and around Stroud.
